This Partners Indexing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you, the station owner, broadcaster, operator, representative, or content provider ("Partner", "you", or "your"), and NonStop Radio ("NonStop Radio", "we", "us", or "our"). By submitting station information, stream URLs, logos, metadata, or related content to NonStop Radio, or by selecting "I agree to Partners Indexing Agreement", you accept this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not submit your station, stream, podcast, metadata, logo, or related content for listing on NonStop Radio.
1. Definitions
Partner means the owner, operator, authorized representative, or content provider of an internet radio station, AM/FM radio station, webcast, online stream, satellite radio stream, or related audio service that wants to be listed on NonStop Radio.
NonStop Radio means the NonStop Radio website, located at https://thenonstopradio.com, the NonStop Radio mobile applications, and any related platforms, directories, search pages, players, APIs, smart device experiences, or services operated by NonStop Radio.
Station Content means your station name, stream URL, logo, country, language, genre, description, schedule, metadata, now-playing information, images, tags, and any other information you provide or make publicly available for your station.
2. Grant of Rights
By submitting your station to NonStop Radio, you authorize us to list, index, display, organize, and make your Station Content available through the NonStop Radio website and mobile app.
You allow NonStop Radio to use your station name, logo, stream link, metadata, genre, language, country, and related public information so listeners can find and play your station.
You also authorize NonStop Radio to format, resize, cache, normalize, or technically adapt submitted metadata and images for display, search, playback, accessibility, and performance on our website and mobile app.
NonStop Radio does not become the owner of your stream or programming. Your station remains responsible for the audio stream and all programming transmitted through it.
3. Station Metadata
You agree to provide accurate and updated station information, including station name, stream URL, logo, country, language, genre, and any other details needed to list your station correctly.
You are responsible for making sure your stream is available, functional, and legally authorized for online listening. If your station details change, you should update us or use the available broadcaster tools when provided.
NonStop Radio may correct obvious formatting issues, normalize text, resize images, or update broken links to improve the listener experience.
4. Ownership and Copyright
You confirm that you own or have the required permissions, licenses, and rights for your station name, logo, stream, programming, metadata, images, and related content.
You are solely responsible for music licensing, public performance rights, sound recording rights, publishing rights, broadcast rights, and any other permissions required in your country or region.
NonStop Radio is an indexing and listening platform. Listing a station on NonStop Radio does not transfer copyright ownership and does not remove your responsibility to comply with applicable laws and licensing rules.
5. Reservation of Rights
Each party keeps ownership of its own intellectual property. NonStop Radio keeps all rights in its website, mobile app, design, software, directory, database structure, ranking, search, player, and related services.
You keep all rights in your station programming, trademarks, stream, and submitted content, subject to the license you grant to NonStop Radio for listing and display.
6. Listing, Removal, and Updates
NonStop Radio may approve, reject, update, hide, or remove a station listing at any time if the station information is incorrect, unavailable, misleading, unlawful, harmful, duplicated, or unsuitable for our users.
You may request removal or correction of your station by contacting us at support@thenonstopradio.com. We will review reasonable requests and update our directory where appropriate.
7. Users and Playback
Listeners may access your station through the NonStop Radio website, mobile app, search pages, country pages, genre pages, language pages, network pages, station detail pages, and player interfaces.
When a listener plays your station, the audio is provided from the station stream or stream source. NonStop Radio may use technical playback helpers where needed to improve compatibility on web and mobile devices.
8. Advertising and Revenue
NonStop Radio may show advertising, sponsorships, promotions, or other monetization around the website, mobile app, listing pages, search pages, or player experience.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, NonStop Radio is not required to share advertising revenue, platform revenue, listing revenue, or other income generated from its website, app, or services.
9. Partner Responsibilities
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, lawful, and authorized. You also agree that your station content will not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of another person or company.
You agree not to submit malicious links, misleading station information, illegal content, unauthorized streams, or content that violates applicable laws.
10. Disclaimer
NonStop Radio provides its website, mobile app, station directory, player, and related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, playback, ranking, search visibility, or listing placement for any station.
We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features of the website or mobile app at any time.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold NonStop Radio harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your station content, your stream, your submitted metadata, your breach of this Agreement, or your failure to obtain required licenses and permissions.
12. Confidentiality
If either party receives confidential business, technical, account, or operational information from the other party, that information should be handled with reasonable care and not disclosed except where required to operate the service, comply with law, or protect legal rights.
13. Changes to this Agreement
NonStop Radio may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our broadcaster tools or continued listing of your station after an update means you accept the revised terms.
